Collect it or have it delivered
Collection in Königswinter. Our light nylon bouncy castles fit in almost any car boot, and the small PVC bouncy castles are easy to transport as well. For the large PVC bouncy castles you need a big car or a trailer. If you would like it to be particularly easy, we will of course put together an individual delivery quote for you. Payment is made on collection, in cash or by card.
Set up & start bouncing
Inflated in around 1 minute, fully set up in about 10–20 minutes – ordinary 230 V household power is enough. Pegs, rubber mallet and ground sheet are always included.

Nylon vs. PVC – which bouncy castle suits you?
Bouncy castles are mostly made from two materials: nylon and PVC. The two differ in stability, weight, durability and how much care they need. Nylon models are usually lighter and easier to handle, while PVC bouncy castles are more robust and stand up to wear better. The table sets out the most important differences side by side.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a bouncy castle?
That hardly matters – you can book a long way ahead or enquire at short notice. The earlier you ask, the better the chances that the bouncy castle you want is still free on your date.
How do I book a bouncy castle?
Online is quickest: you choose a model and a date, see straight away what is free, enter your details and sign the rental agreement right there on screen. You receive the signed agreement by e-mail immediately. You are just as welcome to contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or e-mail – everything else is then arranged that way.
How does collection work?
Very simply: you come to the collection point in Königswinter at the agreed time and we hand you everything you need for setting up and taking down.
Will the bouncy castle fit in my car?
Yes – the bouncy castle is packed compactly in a carry bag and fits in almost any boot. Only the large PVC castles (120–150 kg) need a big car or a trailer – or you simply use our delivery service.
Where do I get the rental agreement?
You read and sign it while booking, with your finger or the mouse. You then receive it by e-mail straight away – there is nothing for you to send back.
Can I cancel free of charge?
On the Standard Rate up to 14 days before the hire. With the Flex Option up to the day before the hire, without giving any reason.
Do we have to pay a deposit?
No, we do not take a deposit.
How and when do I pay?
When booking you provide your bank details for the SEPA direct debit. The amount is debited automatically – on the Standard Rate 14 days before the hire, with the Flex Option not until the day of hire. If you choose the Flex Option, you can also pay cash on collection instead.
How long does it take to set up and take down?
The bouncy castle is inflated in about a minute. Setting it up completely takes roughly 10–20 minutes depending on the model – the light Nylon castles are usually managed by one person in under 10 minutes. Taking down takes about 20–30 minutes; with the large PVC castles 2–3 people working together is best.
What power supply do I need?
Perfectly ordinary 230 V household electricity is quite enough. If there is no power at the set-up location, you can hire a quiet generator from us as well.
Does the bouncy castle collapse if the blower is switched off?
Yes, the bouncy castle then collapses. The blower has to run the whole time the castle is in use, otherwise the bouncy castle loses its tension.
Is it normal for air to escape from the seams?
Yes – without this exchange of air, bouncing would not be possible.
Can I set the bouncy castle up in the living room?
Yes, if the room is big enough and high enough. We have several bouncy castles under 2.50 m high, which makes them suitable for many indoor spaces. Please make sure the castle cannot come into contact with sharp objects in the room.
Are adults allowed on the bouncy castle too?
Not on the light Nylon castles and the small PVC castles – they are designed for children (max. individual weight 30 and 50 kg respectively). Adults can get into the large PVC castles as well.
Do the shoes have to come off?
Yes. Shoes can damage the bouncy castle – bouncing works best in socks or barefoot.
Do the children have to be supervised?
Yes, the bouncy castle may only be used under constant adult supervision. And two more rules: no somersaults, and no eating or drinking on the castle.
Can I have it delivered, set up and collected again?
Yes – we offer transport, setting up and taking down as a service, each of them separately as well. You will find the prices in the Service section.
Who is liable for damage to the bouncy castle?
The hirer is liable for damage to the hired bouncy castle. We therefore recommend checking the cover provided by your own personal liability insurance.
